Jill Randles is a role model, mentor, advisor, teacher, and tireless advocate for UMBC students. As a campus-wide leader, Randles has a wide-ranging influence on many aspects of campus life and the student experience. She is an important voice for students and her advocacy is evident as she consistently puts ideas and values into action. She has used her leadership and collaborative skills to create programming fostering student success, including for the First-Year Seminars and the Discovery Scholars Living Learning Community. She earned her B.A. in business education and B.S. in equestrian science from William Woods University and her M.Ed. in guidance and counseling from Lynchburg College.
